Did Meek Mills propose?

Nicki Minaj recently sent out a tweet that makes it seem like Meek Mill might have asked her to marry him. In the posts Minaj hinted about having a new ring to show off to everyone, and she posted a photo on Instagram with a massive  ring on her finger.
