Mariah Carey’s brother claims that she’s nobody’s “hero.”

Morgan Carey called his younger sister an “evil witch” who refuses to pay for her dying sister’s hospital bills, The Sun reports.

Alison, 54, who is HIV-positive, needs brain and spinal surgery, he revealed in a recent interview with the British tabloid.

“She probably spends more on dog food than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for.”

The 51-year-old hasn’t met Carey’s 4-year-old twins Morrocan and Monroe or spoken to the “Hero” singer in two years.

He also claims she was a no-show when their sister was hospitalized last year.

“I flew in from Hawaii last year (from Italy, where he lives) when Alison was taken off a ventilator, believing she was going to die,” Morgan told the news outlet. (Alison) has desperately reached out to Mariah over and over again.”

The 51-year-old said Mariah is so self-involved that she didn’t even respond to an email after his wife miscarried, “But that’s typical because the world has to revolve around Mariah and there is no room in the world apart from her.”

The only way Morgan keeps tabs on his sister now is via the Internet.

He thinks her third walk down the aisle — to Aussie billionaire James Packer — is a sham.

“I don’t even think Mariah is in love with James, she’s only in love with herself. It’s her (million-dollar) engagement ring she is in love with.”
