Bugle geared up for sophomore album release + shoots video with Shaggy
Gearing up for the release of his sophomore album “Be Yourself“, reggae artiste Bugle has teamed up with acclaimed director Jay Will, to shoot video for the first single “Ganja“. The single, which is currently garnering a lot of international attention, is also sprouting a lot of curiosity about the final visuals for the soon to be released video.
Shot in various parishes throughout Jamaica, including St. Thomas, St. Andrew and Kingston, director Jay Will was able to fuse the beauty of paradise and art throughout the video.
The single, which highlights the artists championing for marijuana, also gives listeners an illustration of how easy going life can be with a little ‘Ganja’. Capturing the advocacy for Ganja with the natural scenery Bugle and Shaggy can be seen enjoying the “vibes”.
The video is scheduled to release later this month, right before the release of his 15-track album ‘Be Yourself‘. For Bugle he holds this project dear to his heart as he executively produced the album, which will be distributed by Empire a United States based company.
“This is a great song and the first from the album. The director has done a good job of capturing the essence of what we are trying to communicate through the music, so I am encouraging fans and just lovers of good music to throw their full support behind this one when it’s released,” says Bugle.
